Founded in 2009, Intensity was born out of a lifelong passion for fitness and peak performance. With roots dating back to 1995, when Jamal Hamid began his career as a strength and conditioning coach at 18 years old, the Intensity brand represents decades of experience, dedication, and innovation. In 2009, Jamal established Intensity alongside a clothing apparel line, and a decade later, in 2019, it expanded into the supplement industry now named IntensityLabs. Designed for athletes who demand more from their training, IntensityLabs combines cutting-edge athletic performance strategies with holistic health principles. Our mission is to empower every athlete, from beginners to elite competitors, to achieve their best.
